PLACING AN ORDER

To search for a specific item using the style name (or style number), please use our search bar at the top of the page.  Or, from the home page, browse the products by clicking on the category of interest. Click on an item to view from the product detail. Choose a color and a size, and then click on 'Add to My Bag'.

Once you have added an item to your shopping bag, you can start the checkout process by selecting "checkout" from the shopping bag bar at the top of the page.

ORDER CONFIRMATION

Once you have submitted your order, you will receive an Order Confirmation email to confirm your order has been received. 

CHANGE OR CANCEL AN ORDER

Due to our efforts to ensure you receive your order as quickly and accurately as possible, we ship all orders within a small amount of time after an order is placed.  Unfortunately, we cannot change or cancel an order once it has entered the shipping process.

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you will have the option of returning it to one of our store locations in Canada or to return it by courier.  See our return policy for more details.
