Your Account


Creating an account has a number of benefits. It allows you to shop online, save your account preferences, and receive advance notices of Bluenotes promotions via email.

Your account preferences will be saved so you don’t have to fill out a shipping or billing address every time you shop – making checkout a breeze!  It also tracks your order history and makes it easy to check your order status so you know when your package will arrive.

You can browse, shop and, if necessary, complete your order at a later time. We'll keep track of the items you've already put in your shopping bag so that when you come back later, you will not have to re-select the items again. Please note: placing items to your shopping bag for purchase at a later time does not guarantee item availability.

Also by registering an account, you can create a wish list to save items you have in mind for viewing later or to email the items to family and friends.  When you send someone your wish list, they can purchase items directly from that email – so you get the size and colour you were hoping for!

Anytime you have account information that changes, just login to your account and edit the appropriate section of your profile.  The changes are saved in real-time, so you always have an up-to-date account profile. You can access your profile by clicking ACCOUNT at the top of any page or you can click here.


If you have forgotten your password, it can be emailed to you. On the login page, simply click on the Forgot Password link and you’ll be prompted to enter the email address of your account.  Your account information will be emailed to you promptly.
