Shipping Methods

Bluenotes, Amnesia and Aéropostale items ship from one cart and one checkout. We ship to addresses in Canada only. All prices are in Canadian dollars.

Please allow 48 business hours after your order confirmation for us to process your order. Then we hand your order to our carrier. Orders are usually shipped the next business day (Monday to Friday). Holidays and peak periods, such as Black Friday, Boxing Day and Cyber Monday, can take longer.

We calculate the shipping fee from the pre-tax, post-discount value of your order. The fee and the free shipping amount apply to the whole order. Bluenotes, Amnesia and Aéropostale items count together. All delivery times are in business days.

Shipping rates

48 Hour Shipping and Standard Shipping are shown at checkout, depending on your address.

48 Hour Shipping has no delivery on Sundays and statutory holidays.

Free shipping

Free shipping starts at $80 (before tax, after discounts) on Standard Shipping and on 48 Hour Shipping.

• Free shipping promotions that apply automatically at checkout cannot be combined with other coupons. Exclusions apply.
• Select rural, remote rural, air stage and territory postal codes do not qualify for free shipping. Their flat fees are in the grid above.
• Shipping is calculated at checkout from your shipping address.
• The free shipping bar in your shopping bag shows how much more you need to spend for free Standard Shipping. It does not apply to 48 Hour Shipping.

Gift cards

Please order gift cards separately from other products. Gift card shipping is FREE. This is valid for orders in Canada only.

Standard Shipping (Canada Post)

• Available at all addresses in all provinces, including PO boxes.
• Canada Post ships Monday to Friday.
• Orders to the northern regions (Yukon, Northwest Territories, Nunavut) and to remote towns and cities take longer: 7 to 14 business days.
• Your shipping confirmation email has your tracking number.

48 Hour Shipping (Envoi courier)

Available in the Greater Toronto Area only.

• $7.99 for orders up to $79.99.
• FREE for orders of $80 or more.

1. You must live in one of these cities: Toronto, Vaughan, Woodbridge, Ajax, Concord, Thornhill, Richmond Hill, Markham, Brampton, Milton, Hamilton, Etobicoke, Mississauga, Oakville, Burlington, Scarborough, Pickering, Whitby or Oshawa.
2. Select "Envoi - 48 Hour Shipping" at checkout.
3. Envoi is our third-party courier. The service runs Monday to Saturday. There is no delivery on Sundays and statutory holidays.
4. The service delivers to residential street addresses only. It does not deliver to PO boxes.
5. Envoi delivers within 2 business days, between 9 AM and 9 PM. After a sale event day, delivery can be as late as 10 PM.
6. Envoi gives no tracking number. Envoi contacts you by email or phone with the delivery time of your order.

Delivery tips

Please enter your complete address at checkout. Include the apartment or unit number and the buzzer code. Include a phone number where we can reach you easily. Drivers cannot deliver if they cannot enter the building. Drivers cannot open mailboxes in condo and apartment buildings. Please make sure someone is home to receive the package, or leave it with a concierge. If nobody is available, the driver leaves the package at your door.

Track your order

Track your order on the Canada Post website with the tracking number from your shipping confirmation email. The number has digits only.
